All services are subject to availability, and the scope of any job may be adjusted based on an on-site or remote professional assessment before or during the work.
Depending on the nature and location of a request, the work may be carried out by skilled independent contractors or service professionals who operate in coordination with Groundwork Construction Co. of South Florida. When that is the case, Groundwork Construction Co. of South Florida takes responsibility for coordinating the engagement, but the individual completing the job may not be a direct employee of the company. By requesting service, you acknowledge and accept this arrangement.

Scheduling and cancellations
Groundwork Construction Co. of South Florida asks that customers provide at least 24 hours’ notice when they need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. This allows the team to accommodate other customers and manage staffing appropriately.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a late-cancellation fee. The amount of that fee, if applicable, will be communicated to you at the time of booking or upon request. Groundwork Construction Co. of South Florida reserves the right to apply such a fee at its discretion.
Governing law
These Terms of Service are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of FL, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of Groundwork Construction Co. of South Florida’s services that cannot be resolved informally will be submitted to the appropriate state or federal courts located in FL, and both parties consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
